Panlix User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Panlix ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, content, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, unless you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Panlix. The Services are not intended for children under 13.
• You must comply with all laws and rules that apply to your use of the Services.

3. Service Description

Panlix provides a platform for discovering, reading, saving, and interacting with digital comic content and related materials. Some features may require an account, network access, compatible devices, or third-party services.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content availability, features, pricing, or technical requirements.

4. Account Management

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our proven fault.

5. Acceptable Use

Panlix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services except where allowed by law.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or similar methods to access, copy, harvest, or manipulate content or metrics.
• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Interfere with app security, networks, servers, payment systems, or other users.
• Collect personal information from other users without permission.

6. User Content

If Panlix allows you to submit comments, images, feedback, reviews, or other content, you remain responsible for that content. You represent that you own or have the rights needed to submit it, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant Panlix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Panlix or its licensors. Except for the limited use rights granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Payments and Refunds

In-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items may be processed by third-party app stores or payment providers. Payment terms, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by those providers. Unless required by law or platform policy, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include third-party content, links, login options, analytics, ads, payment tools, or platform services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or practices, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement, create risk for Panlix or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally practical. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panlix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panlix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new date. Continued use of Panlix after the update means you accept the revised Agreement.
